出自漢·桓寬《鹽鐵論·通有第三》這句話給了那些投機(jī)者很大的信心，他們會說：你看，老祖宗都說想要富你得靠腦子，憑力氣是賺不到大錢的，想要得利你還得住在一個靠近市集的地方，當(dāng)然，我也很是承認(rèn)他說的對，腦子好使，又有一個地段很好的底商，怎么會不賺錢呢？其實你要仔細(xì)想一下，這就是一句廢話，你有個好地段的底商，就是租出去，自己什么也不干，也有錢拿的！這個條件，我們大部分人都是沒有的！意思是創(chuàng)造財富在于方法，不一定要靠體力獲得。獲取利百潤的關(guān)鍵在于審時度勢發(fā)現(xiàn)商機(jī)，不一定要親自耕種獲得。
