釋義：知足常樂的人會感到快樂，沒有欲望沒有追求的人會感到輕松。
在我看來，自然界是最大的興奮來源；最大的視覺美來源；最大的智力興趣來源。它是生命中許多讓生活有價值的東西的最大來源。
